A different DET LAL

Simple swap between Rui Hachimura and Isaiah Stewart.

Detroit get the more versatile, more offensively diverse guy and they still have Reed as backup C for Duren.

Lakers get their starting C.

Stew is younger, cheaper, and has more value for the Pistons. Pass.

It's not a bad idea tbh. Rui would fit really well going forward with Duren and while he wouldn't be the primary trade target as the starting C for LA going forward, i think Stewart sure fits a need. A bit undersized, but he's bulky and has long arms. Also not a non-shooter, which is nice.

Because people think an elbow and an (almost) altercation from 3 years ago actually matters in the grand scheme of things, when it really doesn't. Only thing that matters is Detroit wouldn't do this deal because the value is off.
