Not sure if anyone saw, but Evan Sidery tweeted the Lakers were waiving Cam Reddish 20 minutes earlier to clear the roster spot and deleted it within a minute of Shams tweeting it was Christian Wood.
Which fits the Evan Sidery trend of throwing stuff against the wall to feign sources, and just deleting it asap when the guess was wrong.

I think Wood was useful so I'm expecting that he's out for the season.

It seems like this guy was drafted in 2002.

Been saying soon since November. I doubt Lakers cut the guy with built in chemistry with Luka, that would be dumb.

Can he catch lobs?

I mean I guess maybe Lakers can't move Reddish because he was part of the Williams trade that may or may not be investigated. Perhaps the league has asked Reddish not to be touched?

I've always been a Len backer but he slipped this year. Still can play emergency minutes though for sure

It's funny to think that Len would have been a huge improvement for Cleveland had they selected him 1st overall.

Well he's tall
Not sure of his use as a lob catcher -- I always thought his hands (catching ability) was below average -- but he's a decent 3rd string C

They could’ve drafted just about anyone taken in the first round that draft at 1 and they would’ve been better off

Of all the centers in NBA history, Len is one of them.

Wood is injured and quite different in role. Len is a defender and lop threat. Is he better than Hayes should be the question and I think he might be.
