CHA/ORL bigs

Presuming: Mark Williams isn't happy about the LAL thing and CHA sees his long-term health as tough to build on...
ORL sends: Wendell Carter and DEN 25 frp
CHA sends: Mark Williams
Why CHA: cash him out and get a young, more versatile replacement who can also play next to another big, in the event of future picks or acquisitions. Add an immediate frp. Wendell has missed a fair amount of time too - but his injuries are not chronic and nowhere near as daunting as Mark's. CHA banks on unlocking the inside out, heady PnR talent of WCJ in a more featured offensive role. While WCJ isn't a "meet me at the rim" highlight-reel defender, he's an excellent positional defender, very capable of switching.
Why ORL: take a swing on a high-upside throwback C who had great chemistry with Paolo at Duke. Wendell's an excellent, versatile 2-way player, but his strengths are not really highlighted playing next to Paolo & Franz. Williams only has one more year, so even if his injury issues are too much, ORL creates needed salary space with Paolo, Suggs, Franz extensions kicking in hard. Ideally, Williams agrees to a modest extension and can thrive in limited minutes platooning with Goga at C. ORL has way too much money tied up in their bench players and needs to transition to a more top-heavy cap sheet.
