Lonzo/White/J.Smith for Whitmore/Green...
J. Green is on the board's list of worst contracts... so this would be a win-now trade + flexibility vs. potential.
The BULLS get a shooting guard and wing with elite potential.
(Hopefully, Maluach is selected in the Draft.)
Giddey/Green/Whitmore/Buzelis/Draft
Ayo/Huerter/Williams/Collins/Vuc...
HOUSTON, as I mentioned before, improves their long-term flexibility and is possibly a better team.
FVV/White/Amen/Smith/Sengun
Lonzo/Sheppard/Brooks/Eason/Smith

That board list means absolutely nothing in the real world.
People are just putting players that they do not like on there.
The Rockets are not salary-dumping Jalen Green.
I doubt they are interested in trading him at all.

If Whitmore and Green have elite potential why is HOU giving them BOTH up for an expiring White, not quite back Ball and a backup center? No elite coming back. Green looked really good against the Bulls, Witmore sat which is usual.
The Bulls trade two guards for 2 others with longer contracts and give up their low cost backup center because??? Green sure better approach elite when his $33M salary checks in, that's more than anybody suggests the Bulls pay Giddey. Is either Whitmore or Green going to bring the leadership that Lonzo or Coby does? So who is stepping up to be leaders on the Bulls?
This is a great trade machine deal but when you put shoes on the court it's not as attractive.

Value aside, I'm just not interested in Jalen Green, especially at his contract.

Markky sucked for four years before figuring it out.
Jalen is in year four. Better than Markky in his first four. Will be really good if he figures it out. So, Houston is not dumping him. Might put him in a package for a star but staying otherwise.

Obviously Houston is not doing that.
