Chi-BRK (Chi gets cap space, BRK moves up)

Bulls could be HUGE players in the summer of 2026, but PWill's deal holds them back some. He had a BAD year, but he's played well in the past and might be a good reclamation project for BRK
BRK has tons of cap space and needs high end talent
#11/PWill for #20/#27
BRK gets a 2nd top pick, and keeps the #26-they add 3 rookies
Bulls move back, lots of big guys should be around 20 (Wolf, Beringer, Sorber, Fleming-or someone drops)
Take BPA at #27
Bulls going into 2026 would have Giddey (let's say $30 million), Matas ($6 million), JSmith ($9), this year's 2 picks ($6?) and next year's top 10 pick ($6) and Phillips ($3)
White's cap hold would be around $20 million (or we deal him too for picks)-That's around $80 million for 8 roster spots. Let's say they hold Ayo's cap spot too
They'd have about $70 million in cap space to play with and a good looking young core of
Ayo
White
Giddey/Phillips
Matas
JSmith
#20/#27 this year, and a top 10 pick next year. Could be closer to $100 million in cap space if they traded White too, or just let him walk next summer
