Kings - Hawks - Brooklyn

Rather than swapping stars, Atlanta goes all in.

Kings out: Sabonis
Kings on: Risacher, Mann, OO

Atl out: Risacher, Niang, OO, Mann, Kobe, #13
Atl in: Cameron Johnson, Sabonis

Nets out: Johnson
Nets in: Niang, Kobe, #13

Why for Atlanta? Trae wants to win. They are at a crossroads. A starting lineup of
Trae - Dyson - Cam Johnson - Johnson - Sabonis with Levert, Capela, nance could be pretty solid. Defense, scoring, shooting, and an anchor big for trae to run screens off.

Why for sac? Time to rebuild. Get Risacher + Okongwu. Mann hopefully can rebound his play in sac.

Why for Brooklyn? Get the lotto 1st they want for Johnson and expiring salary.

Good press, wrong target (in my opinion). I agree that the Hawks need to put a co-star alongside TraeY, but this one should be focused on defense. Could AD eventually be available? Would the Heat consider moving Bam (I doubt it)? I even think R. Gobert would be a good fit, and you could keep Risacher.

I don’t expect this kind of aggressive move from Atlanta. Jalen is really good and should keep developing, same as the other three young starters. And don’t think they sign up for this expensive of a core..

Atlanta isn't trading Risacher, #13 and OO/Mann to pair Trae with Sabonis.

Really bad for Atlanta.
