MAGIC
In:Reaves/Knecht/Maxi
Out:Black/KCP/FRP 26
Reaves/Suggs/Wagner/Paolo/WCJ
Cole/Harris/Knecht/Da Silva/Goga
They cover their obvious holes, take money out of KCP to make room for Reaves' next extension.
LAKERS
In: Kessler/KCP
Out:Reaves/Knecht/Maxi/FRP Swap 2032
They get players that complement Luka/Bron better.. defensive-oriented players
JAZZ
In:Black/FRP Swap 2032/Future 26 FRP(Magic)
Out: Kessler
They get an overpayment for Kessler, a very good guard prospect, another pick for the chest and a valuable future pick swap (high-variance lottery ticket) for when LeBron is already out of the league and a Luka with more than 30 years, I don't know, projects promising, besides by then, the Jazz should be a good team.

Zero interest for Utah even though it is certainly fair. Kessler is a clear starting caliber center, Black is a nice rotation player who might someday be a clear starter, but it is not today. Plus, the last thing we need is to trade for more guards.

The Magic are massively overpaying here. After the Timberwolves series, nobody is giving up anything of value for Austin Reaves. He has fully confirmed why I never placed value on him to begin with. In fact if anything, this series vs the Timberwolves actually has me questioning if he can even be on contending team at all. This is not going to help the Magic at all, unless they are content with mediocrity. They may as well look into signing Gary Trent Jr or D'Angelo Russell in the off season.

One trick pony.

Yep. He's the true definition of a one dimensional novelty player. If he can't foul bait or make 3pt on efficient level, he simply unplayable, which is a big problem during the playoffs.Guys like that can't be on your roster if you are trying to contend for a Championship, unless you have enough talent to the point where you would be able shrink down their minutes down to a very low number during the playoffs.

Lakers front office anf Pelinka are gonna be in rude awakening when they see how much they overvalue Reeves. He is a solid guard, good IQ and can shoot but defensively not great. There is also no reason for Orlando to add a FRP here. Im also pretty sure Anthony Black isn't available unless its for a package for much better player. Im not even sure Reeves is more valuable than Antony Black to a playoff team.
LA needs a big. If they wanna do a Wendell Carter for Reeves swap, that's more interesting.

Not Reaves, you.

yeah Reaves is good and if you could get him for Black and one FRP, you should absolutely do that.
But its more fun to short sample size theater and go hur dur guy sucks.

Whatever Reeves may, or may not be, he's not a PG. The Magic have absolutely no business going into next season without a substantial upgrade at that position and they shouldn't be trading away firsts and Black before it's addressed.
Yes Suggs was out, but I have real questions as to how he would've held up against Derrick White and Pritchard as the primary ball handler. Better than CoJo and Cole for sure, but that doesn't necessarily mean well.

As a Jazz fan I would pass. Not saying it isn’t fair from Orlando/LA perspective. Just not a deal I would make if I am the Jazz.

Reaves sucks...banish him to ORL.
LAL sends: Reaves, Hachimura, Knecht
ORL sends: KCP, Goga Bitadze, ORL 26 (Top 5)

This is horrific for us
Black is averaging 10 ppg with no Suggs and Orlando's bad offense. 0/10 from 3
KCP looks like he has fallen off a bit, needs to be spoonfed and paid a lot for it. Not even sure if hes really better than Gabe right now, and if he is, definitely not worth 2x the pay (and Gabe is an expiring)
A Suggs for Reaves deal is much more close to value
My issue is who is our #2/3 then alongside Bron. Not sure Suggs can be that

Not a fan from Utahs perspective. I need a clear overpay to move Kessler.
