PHX/WAS/ORL/MEM 26 funky pick swap megadeal

Still trying to wrap my brain around this...(from MEM perspective)
WAS has the right to swap its 2026 1st round pick, protected for selections 9-30, for PHX's 2026 1st round pick; ORL then has the right to swap its 2026 1st round pick for the less favorable of the PHX pick and the WAS pick if conveyable; MEM then has the right to swap its 2026 1st round pick for the least / less favorable of the PHX pick, the WAS pick if conveyable and the ORL pick and CHA will receive the least favorable of these; if the WAS pick is not conveyable, then the commitment to WAS will be lifted and ORL will instead have the right to swap its pick for the PHX pick (via PHX to CHA)
My thinking was the PHX would value getting their full rights back so they could tank. They wouldn't have traded those rights for srps if they imagined they would suck or even be tanking so quickly...ORL could be 3rd team in a bigger KD deal. Not following how MEM affects that as they would likely only have the right to swap with the LEAST favorable (theoretically originally ORL pick)...so, if PHX is absolutely awful and WAS is either also awful or lower than 9th pick, PHX would get a really good pick (same one ORL has rights to now). Getting a headache...if I'm misunderstanding, please clarify for me.
That leads to stuff like...
PHX sends: KD
PHX gets: Their own 2026 swap rights back, Andrew Wiggins, Jonathan Isaac (trade value $25m, actual salary $15m), #20
MIA sends: Tyler Herro, #20
MIA gets: KD
ORL sends: PHX rights to 26 pick swap, Jonathan Isaac
ORL gets: Tyler Herro
Picks could certainly be adjusted for balance but my thought is that PHX swap is worth a LOT more to PHX than world in general because it gives them the green light to tank. Isaac's descending salary is another big plus for a crappy second apron team. Maybe I'm off, but those two assets could mean a lot more to PHX's pivoting away from their present mess...Booker would be another big decision. IF they moved him for a HAUL, they could be quickly resurrected as Beal's deal is getting closer to going away. PHX might even prefer an expiring Rozier (and another pick?) to superior player Wiggins.
MIA doesn't have to be the KD destination, but ORL does make sense as the 3rd team.
