Which teams will be sellers in the off-season? Who would that make available?

The Kings are going to be buyers even if they should be sellers.

Kangz. Play-in or bust, baby.

Reminds me of the Kohl era Bucks.

TBH I think the only sellers are the Bucks IF they trade Giannis. I guess you might call a team like the Jazz sellers, but that's not typically what we call teams with three clear NBA players on the roster.

Suns are sellers if they decide to blow it up entirely, which they should.

It is in Portland's best interest to move Grant for expirings.
I imagine that Simons and Ayton could be had for a small incentive. But, both are expiring, so there's no chance Portland adds value. Likewise, neither are that valuable in the trade market, so I wouldn't expect much value coming back if either were moved.

I think Gafford or PJ Washington is sold. Oh maybe they go directly to the team with the PG, but my guess is they go to a team for future value that Dallas turns into a PG. And it might well depend on how extension talks go. I'll assume they go absolutely nowhere with PJ so if Gafford extends at a number the team can live with, I think PJ gets sold.

Has there been reports about PJ not being happy or them far on negotiations? I literally cut basketball out of my life after the Luka/AD trade, so just getting back now. Didn't know Memphis fired Jenkins until recently. I think Dal should fire Kidd and hire him

I think Utah finally moves its vets:
Lauri
Sexton
Collins
Clarkson
Plus some of its youth: Keyonte George and maybe Kessler

I think its more about the amount Dallas can legally extend him at is probably not something he would take and would thus hit unrestricted free agency. Now ideally Dallas has talks with him about a new deal next summer and if they can agree on a rough number now, Dallas could let him play out the year and then sign him next summer. Still some risk with that, but they might be willing to take it. But with AD/Flagg at his positions, my guess is Dallas isn't going to offer enough to get him committed.

Who should sell and who will are different answers...

Who will sell?

Celtics kind of (just saving money movings, but not full teardown... keeping Brown/White/Tatum together)
Bulls (Vucevic, Smith, Ayo, White, etc.)
Bucks (if Giannis asks out... Kuzma, Portis, etc.)
Pelicans (I think the new regime has a long leash and might go full rebuild... Zion, McCollum, Dejounte, etc.)
Suns (If Booker asks out... KD, Booker, etc.)
Jazz (Lauri, Sexton, etc.)

I could see a world where Memphis plays it right like Presti did with Westbrook and Paul George in OKC and goes full teardown if they could get a huge haul.

I think the Wizards kind of like their vets around the young guys so I'm not sure they would be sellers per se.
