Another OKC-Chi (could even include BRK)

Giddey-Caruso was a win-win, time to do it again
I've posted Dieng/#24 for Port pick, which seems well received. OKC saves $ and roster spots, and moves a pick to the future. Chi gets talent now, and uses their TPE
Expanded-is this too much?
Chi sends #12/Ball/Port pick
OKC sends #15/#24/Dieng/Topic
Ball seems like a perfect guy for the current OKC roster. They save $, move up to #12 to get a single better talent and have the Port pick for the future
Bulls buyout JCarter
OR-BRK option
#24 and JCarter to BRK for #27 (highly doubt BRK wants to use cap space to move up 3 spots, but JCarter is a harmless, expiring vet)
Bulls get young talent now. Take Fleming or Newell at #15 and BPA at #24. They go into next year with
White/Ayo/Topic (ease him into the league next year)
Giddey/Huerter/Terry
Matas (I like him more at the 3)/Phillips
Dieng/Fleming or Newell
Vuc/Collins/JSmith
Still would try to move Vuc, and the Bulls still have the #24 to play with
