Dallas sends: PJ Washington, something? (OMax maybe?)
Chicago sends: Coby White
Why for Dallas? With AD and Flagg the forward lineup may start to be a little too crowded and Washington could turn into more of a luxury than a need, especially with Marshall. With Kyrie injured to start the season turning Washington into a bucket getting guard who can play defense will help a ton.
Why for Chicago? They deal from their wealth at guard and get a forward who can slide in next to Matas when he’s ready, space the floor, and play defense.
*I wasn’t really sure what the value difference is, especially since both players are expiring. I have White as more valuable but I’m not sure if the difference is a few seconds or OMax.

Re: Dallas-Chicago
Prosper holds no value imo. I think Dallas owes value there, but they don't have a ton to give. the 29 LAL 1st or their own distant 1st is too much and its hard to protect either since Dallas can't roll them over.
I think you have to find a team who wants PJ to send future value to Chicago to send White to Dallas. And likes Washington enough to pay a bit more than I think he should return.

Re: Dallas-Chicago
I understand why the Bulls would want PJ, but losing White doesn't leave a hole elsewhere. How about P. Williams + 12 for PJ?
Ideally, I'd make it bigger and include Lonzo/J. Smith for Gafford/O-Max...
Why the Bulls?
Giddey/White/Buzelis/Washington/Vucevic
Carter/Ayo/Terry/Collins/Gafford
I think they are consolidating as a Playoff team, with a lot of room for growth..
Why for the Mavs?
Especially for the lottery pick, it would give us another long-term piece alongside Flagg, and get a couple of younger guys locked up (though I understand in P. Williams' case, it's not ideal). Lonzo would be the ideal archetype we need, though he'll likely miss a lot of games (which could be a blessing in disguise), he expires anyway.

I like PJ but he is not changing anything for Chicago's realistic outcome in the near future. Better to draft BPA at 12 and hope PatW bounces back.
IF I was Chicago I would just sell White for the best draft pick offer and tank hard to keep my pick next year. I think they are finally ready to face their reality.

Would think the Bulls would rather hang on to White to re-sign him, right? As a Mavs fan, I would be interested in Lonzo Ball though.
