Philly/Lakers/Blazers

Post#1 » by PhillyFan11 » Sat May 24, 2025 2:54 am

Sixers out: #3, #35, PG, Drummond, and Gordon
Sixers in: #11, Avdija, Rui, Knecht, Camara, Kleber, and ‘27 2nd via Por
Why: Get out of PG contact. Avidja, Knecht, Camara, and #11 offset value trading back from 3 to 11.

Lakers out: Rui, Kleber and Knecht
Lakers in: Ayton and #35
Why: Lakers get the C they need to complete their starting 5 to compete in what could LeBron’s last year.

Blazers out: #11, Ayton, Avdija, Camara, and ‘27 2nd
Blazers in: #3, PG, Drummond, and Gordon
Why: Move up to #3 to get what could be their franchise player. PG’s contract isn’t ideal, but he sells tickets while they figure out their direction. Avdija and Camara isn’t a huge price to pay they will regret. If they can move Jerami Grant for value after this trade it will work out even better.

This is way too much value for a drop from 3 to 11. You would be lucky to get Deni/11 for 3/filler.

That's so so bad for Portland. Like crazy. Trading up for Bailey or edgecomb is the 11, the worst contract in the league, trading away our all defense back bone in Camara, and Deni who put up all star numbers the last 30 games and expiring Ayton? It's the third pick not Giannis.

I would not trade Camara straight up for #3 let alone include Deni and #11. Camara is a beast.

Hard pass for POR.

For some reason I was thinking this was for #2 and I still wouldn’t do it.

This is really bad.

Grant+ filler for PG. That filler would not be #11, any of the rookie contracts or Avdija. Maybe Simons, though PHI would probably prefer to reroute him elsewhere.
