Bulls use Port pick/TPE for "2nd Draft" guy

AKME are win-now, and don't love the draft. Bulls need young talent, and other teams need to save $/roster spots

Which of these are fair?
Port pick for Mathurin (need $ to resign Turner/avoid lux tax)
Port pick for Walker (same for Indy)
Port pick for JHoward/#25
Port pick for Dieng/#24
Port pick for Whitmore
Port pick for Knecht (maybe part of a 3 way?)
Port pick for Hendricks

Are there other options out there?

Dieng/#24 is a good one, also Jett/#25, Knecht also
Mathurin I think you need to add 2-3 2nds, Mathurin is a good rotation player.
Whitmore/Walker/Hendricks deoends on IND/UTA draft and how they view them.

Nice thought here.
If it's advantageous, I could see Portland trying to get the pick back (but would not make a big effort).

The one that caught my eye was Howard. In a Simons to Orlando for KCP + Howard deal-> what could Portland add to Howard to get Chicago to play?

Howard + Kris Murray + Second <=> Pick returned
Does adding a Huerter swap for Robert Williams or Thybulle help?

25 > Murray and 2nd. Murray is JAG at this point

If the Bucks trade Giannis that pick will become a bit more valuable to Portland with bucks potentially in the Lotto and Holding swap rights in 2028 only if they have conveyed a pick to bulls.

Didn't think of that-adds a bit of value for Port

ANY way Bulls could do #12/Port pick back for Sharpe? I doubt it, but one can dream
