Paul George, Ricky Council, Adem Bona, #3
for
Herb Jones, CJ McCollum, Kelly Olynyk, #7
Sixers do it to open up cap and replace PG's defense with a prime PG-like defender in Herb and get a possible 6th man oty candidate in CJ who is a great locker room vet and scorer.
Pels do it to move up four spots to #3, and get to try with PG without sacrificing much depth and while aquiring younger depth pieces.

Re: Pauly G, #3 to NOP
Feels like it makes much more sense as a smaller deal, swapping #7+Herb for #3+filler salary (Oubre).
I have a hard time seeing the Pelicans taking George's salary, and I think the Sixers likely want to give it another go with him.

I like that deal a lot if I'm the Pels; I wonder if Philly would actually do that though.
