UTA-ORL once again (please take Sexton, he's good and deserves to make the playoffs)

Utah gets: 16, KCP, two future seconds
Orlando gets: Collin Sexton, 21

Why for Utah: Give away good player and bad salary for picks
Why for Orlando: Get SOME scoring finally and clear cap space for Paolo's extension.

This is bad value for Utah, especially since the OP seems to be saying KCP is just bad money. So I'd love to see another team come in and give worse 2 year money and minor asset value and take KCP or give expirings and taking KCP. He's too good to just be seen as a line item.

Orlando should aim higher, but obviously at this price point if they can't they would have to do this.

Better let Sexton expire...

I would love that too. Maybe KCP and John Collins could be moved for Brad Beal as the Jazz agree to waive Beal and give him almost all of his salary and the Suns send some picks to the Jazz (then again... the Suns don't have picks so that doesn't work...)

We could make this a three team deal like so

Jazz get: 11, Jerami Grant, two seconds from Orlando
Blazers get: 16, KCP, Jordan Clarkson
Magic get: 21, Collin Sexton

With the Blazers likely moving Jordan Clarkson as an expiring deal.

a cleaner offer for Sexton if Utah is just looking to send out and not take long term $$

Orlando sends Cole, Gary (team option) 25 for Sexton.

Cole has 1 more guaranteed year (fine coming off the bench) and the 2nd year is a club option, Gary is a team option 8M so can cut or keep. 25th pick seems about right for a player like Sexton. If Utah wants a younger player I could swap Gary for Jett Howard.

I think it is fine value. Orlando might offer 25, but I'd rather move from 21 to 16 if available. I also think KCP can be moved for expirings and a second or two.

Orlando doesn’t have to move off KCP yet and I’d rather have the player vs 2nds. Also don’t see a way Orlando takes back another pick in this years draft. They already have I think 12 guaranteed roster spots with 3 team options.. Moe W Gary and Houstan
