I'll admit up front that this is probably a bad idea from a basketball standpoint. But as a millenial Warriors fan, I can't resist.
Is there a team in the #15-25 range that would trade their pick for Podziemski straight up if Jase Richardson is still on the board?

Probably a team with multiple firsts? So, Orlando, Brooklyn, maybe Utah (I dont love Podz but Ainge apparently did).

Re: J-Rich: The Next Generation
I'd hope ORL would consider it...if Jase slips to #25 (some mocks have that
). At #16, I think GSW owes something.
ORL sends: Goga Bitadze, Jett Howard, #16
GSW sends: Podz, Moody

I'd rather orlando take the younger player who also helps fill a ton of needs, go get Royce Oneale from suns as that 3rd team in durant deal
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

I'm intrigued by Jase...but I like proven things, especially if they're still young and if the team (ORL) is looking more for role players/finishing pieces than rolling the dice on a big win.

You can keep Podziemski. Since the Wizards already have the GSW 2030 pick that is top 20 protected, I'd want to lower the protections on the pick in exchange for #18. Lower the protections of the 2030 GSW pick to top 8 protected, and you can have #18.

Honestly I'd probably do this even if Jase is off the board. But I don't think I'd go any lower than top 8.
There's a lot of guys in the mid-1st that would be interesting fits on GSW. Fleming, Wolf, Coward, Clifford all come to mind

Jase is a player im pretty sure. He plays bigger than his size, he's pretty well built already and i see him adding strength too. He's super smooth and has great balance and control. He moves kinda like a small Ant Edwards- he's explosive and covers a lot of ground with purposeful moves and great at getting shots off, and a good connector. Anywhere in the late teens or 20s is a steal, unless your team should be taking a big, maybe. I've got him and Pettiford as the best guards after Jakucionis.

Yup. It's an easy yes as a Wiz fan. They really only have one spot for a young rookie (most likely whomever they pick at #6) as they will be tanking hard to avoid giving their 2026 1st to the Knicks (it is currently top 8 protected, otherwise it turns into two 2nds). Sarr, Bilal, George, Bub, and AJ Johnson are all young players who will get significant developmental PT next year. I'd rather trade 18 for a potential lottery pick in 2030 or trade bait once the Wiz FO decides to try and compete.
