I think SA is set with Fox/Vassell/Castle at the guards for a while
I like this deal, to give them more future assets, and a winning player now
Bulls free up $ and get a bit better player
BRK gets their guy to build around
SA sends KJohnson to Bulls and #2 and #14 to BRK
SA gets #8, #12, Cam Johnson, the Port pick from Chi and the 2027 and 2029 NY picks
BRK sends Cam Johnson, the #8 pick and the 2027/29 NY picks to SA, plus the #19 to Chi
BRK gets PWill, #2, #14
Chi sends PWill to BRK and the #12/Port pick to SA
Chi gets KJohnson and #19
Bulls go with
White/Ayo/JCarter
Ball/Huerter/Terry
Giddey/KJohnson
Matas/Fleming or Newell (#19)/Phillips
Vuc (deal him too?)/Collins/JSmith
SA looks very good with
Fox/Castle
Vassell/Castle
Cam Johnson/Barnes
Sochan/Barnes
Wemby/Malauch (#8)
Plus Branham, Champaigne, Wesley/#12 for depth-and 3 more picks in the future

Bulls are overpaying and are incosequential to this deal.
Depends on how SAS view Harper, this is a package worthy of jumping 8 to 2.

Horrific for the Spurs. Not a chance they'd do it.

Yes we know you hate every Spurs deal. But the board does require you to provide explanations for why each deal sucks rather than just doing this over and over. So add content why or please resist this temptation.

You know much better what the BULLS want or need... but I would go the opposite way, I would look to move up in the Draft either by absorbing a bad contract or using the Blazers FRP to move up (although I understand that doesn't get you very far). Would you pay NOP to get rid of Murray? Murray +7 for 12 + Vucevic/Carter? I would be looking for something like that if I were the Bulls...
To OP, I think the Bulls aren't needed in this trade and I suspect the Spurs will reject it immediately, however I think there could be a Keldon+14 deal for Cam 27.

I dislike bad deals for all teams. If I see good deals, I'll say so. The Spurs aren't trading the #2 pick, it makes no sense for a team that young who isn't ready to win yet. The one scenario where they might is if it's for a 25 year old star. Then it would make sense. But this? It's the classic '5 quarters doesn't equal a dollar' trade that you should never make in the NBA.
Spurs are getting a bunch of meh assets for the #2 in a good draft. That doesn't make much sense.

I would MUCH rather prefer Barnes over KJohnson for Chi, if possible. Better player, plus expiring
In this deal SA takes Egor maybe at #12, to add a bench creator with a high upside. Them adding the Port pick (not a bad asset) and the 2 NY picks could really pay off in a few years, when Wemby goes on his max deal
