CHA/MIL - A Greek Tragedy

Charlotte trades Grant Williams, Josh Green, Tidjane Salaun, Jusuf Nurkic, Josh Okogie (partial guarantee), and the following picks
2025 1st: #4
2025 2nd: #34
2026 1st: worst of ORL/MEM/PHX/WAS (projected #18 if all teams stay the same)
2026 1st CHA (unprotected)
2027 1st MIA (lotto prot, unprotected in 2028)
2027 1st DAL (top 2 prot, otherwise MIA 2028 2nd)
2028 1st swap: CHA own (MIL can swap their convoluted MIL/POR/WAS/BRK/PHI/PHX 1st for CHA 1st)
Milwaukee trades Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bobby Portis (opted in)

Charlotte sends away a huge pick package and a bunch of nobodies for, at worst, the 4th best player in the NBA. Giannis transforms everything about this Hornets team, which has been severely lacking in the paint (aside from Mark). A lot hinges on LaMelo and Mark's ability to stay on the floor, as it does in any scenario, but Giannis would be the best player the Hornets have ever had (and I don't think I can stress this enough) by far, and there's more than enough to get the Hornets to the playoffs with him in the fold if there's even a little luck on the injury front. I think Bridges is a poor fit and probably needs to be moved, but for now the rotation would be: LaMelo/Miller/Bridges/Giannis/Mark + [FA PG]/Mann/Jeffries/Diabate/Portis
Milwaukee rebuilds and gets 5 1sts, 1 swap, and 1 early 2nd all in the next 4 drafts. One of those 1sts is #4 this year, that allows the Bucks to take whichever of Bailey/Edgecombe falls, to be a cornerstone. Neither DAL or MIA is trending upwards, and those picks have upside. Any Charlotte pick always has upside too lol. None of the contracts run longer than 2 years, unless they exercise all team options on Salaun.
Why does Giannis agree? I think you have to give GOAT consideration to anyone that fixes the Charlotte Hornets... and he probably does
