Last Try-OKC/Chi/Dal

Post#1 » by pipfan » Mon Jun 9, 2025 8:35 am

Keeping Gafford out of it, and BRK

OKC sends KWill/Dieng/#15 to Chi
OKC gets PJ Washington

Chi sends CWhite to Dallas
Chi gets KWill/Dieng/#15

Dallas sends PJ Washington to OKC
Dallas gets CWhite

Dallas gets an equal (better?) player who is a better fit, a bit cheaper and a bit younger

OKC saves rotation spots, adds a stud 3rd forward. My idea here is OKC goes all in on winning 75 games next year, with the deepest/best team in the last 25 years.
SGA/Wallace
Dort/Caruso
JWill/Wiggins
Chet/PJ
IHart/JWill
deep bench of IJoe/Topic/#24 (best big available)/DJones

Bulls reset a bit. I like Coby a lot, but I don't like having a core with CWhite and Giddey
Bulls go with
Ball/Ayo
Giddey/Huerter
Matas/PWill
Newell (#12)/Dieng
Collins/JSmith
Deal Vuc as well (for Nurkic/#33 works) and maybe move KWill to another team
Draft Sorber at #15
Still have a deep bench of Sorber, JCarter, Terry, Phillips, Nurkic (buy out JCarter/Nurkic if necessary)

I don’t see what future pick OKC gets above. That would decide it for me.

I don’t really want PJ for OKC. He’s fine, but I’d rather keep Kenrich and 15.

Coby White doesn't look that brilliant in highlights but his number suggests otherwise. I don't know much about White. If the defense isn't too bad, it should be fine. But I still lanes towards trading AD than PJ. I think I'd rather get a top-notch defender at 2 if we moves PJ. The needs for PG is exaggerated. I think Brandon Williams and Dante Exum is fine. The problem is the Mavs perimeter defense is way too bad at 1/2.

I'd rather have great defender than great shooter.

Go get CP3 is the safest option.

Sorry, I had the Port pick going to OKC and the #24 to Chi but dropped it and left that phrase in

White competes on D but he's limited physically. I also think Dallas SHOULD trade AD but won't. Nico will want to to try to compete. They could REALLY use Coby this season, and into the future. He'd play well off Flagg and AD, and Irving should be back by March

I would move Joe but not Kenrich for this .

Joe have some rotational minutes in the regular season . Kenrich have a lot lesser but he’s more dependable in the playoffs

I actually believe that Mr. Ousmane Dieng has asked for a restraining order to keep the same person from continuing to trade him to the Chicago Bulls. It's to that point and made worse because now you don't even list hi as a starter. No backup forward who has never played 40 NBA games in a season commands this much adoration and desire. In his 4th season you would still have him behind a raw rookie.

Kenrich is 31 with a team option, he's not for the Bulls. It's a cheap ploy to make this White deal knowing that there still has to be a Vucevic trade then say that Carter could be bought out then throw in that K Williams could be moved on and then to even suggest the Bulls trade for Nurkic to buy him out is completely ignoring the Reinsdorf history.

Would BRK absorb IJoe? or someone else? He's good, but OKC has too many guys, and Topic will need to play a bit
It would also save OKC more $ next season, and into the future
