My Wishful Mavs Offseason

You know where this one is going, but would love to see some iteration of this as a Mavs fan
Step 1: Fire Nico Harrison, hire someone with basketball knowledge instead of shoe endorsement experience. Someone like Duke's Coach K, Jeff Van Gundy, or David Griffin.
Step 2: If Kidd and NY really want each other, only agree if you get draft compensation back (assuming 2nds). If so, hire Sweeney, Taylor Jenkins, or Sam Cassell.
Step 3: Draft Night Trades
Really 2 part trade
Dal gets: #6 Pick (via Wash), Kris Middleton, 2027 Mavs pick returned (via Cha), Seconds from Cha and/or Wash, Jusuf Nurkic
Cha gets: Anthony Davis
Wash gets: #4 pick (via Cha), Miles Bridges, Jaden Hardy
Cha pivots to a playoff push in a wide open East. A core of Ball/Miller/AD/Williams is potent when healthy. They don't give up any players of note.
Washington moves up 2 slots to better ensure they get their guy. They take on more long term money to do so, but Bridges and Hardy are still relatively young and fit what they're doing. Dallas can use #6 to get who they feel us the best among the remaining Tre Johnson/Kneuppel/Fears.
Trade 2 with Toronto
Klay Thompson & Caleb Martin for RJ Barrett
All 3 players suck and are overpaid, let's not hide that fact. But Klay fits Tor's starting lineup better and the two smaller contracts may be better to move for a bigger fush, even with Martin's extra year. Dallas gets a two who can play make better than current options.
Trade 3: Dallas uses Nurk or Gaff to trade for a point guard to hold Kyrie's spot until he returns.
Essentially Dallas cleans up the stench from the Nico Era, goes young, still competitive, and saves money.
