New Orleans outgoing
Kelly Olynyk
Jordan Hawkins
Orlando outgoing
Goga Bitadze
Cory Joseph
New Orleans gets size in the middle and someone in Goga who can push Missi for the starting center spot. Joseph could be pg depth.
Orlando adds shooting with Olynyk and Hawkins.

Interesting fit with Kelly in Orlando. But Orlando really needs to cut salary, so can’t see it for them.
But if they have other plans (KCP/Cole/Harris) of cutting salary and adding a scoring guard.. Then they should do this deal imo.
Not really sure if think the Cory/Hawkins part is owed to Orlando? The swapping of bigs feels neutral-ish to me.

Kelly's shooting is a nice add for Orlando--he's the stretch 5 we've been pretending Carter Jr is. I still want to believe Hawkins has something too.
Feels like Orlando would owe the Pels some minor value here.

It depends on whether the Pelicans are interested in Maluach and, if so, if they can get him. Maluach + Missi render Goga redundant. But if they are not targeting Maluach or they can't get him, this could be a viable option for them, with maybe an extra second rounder going their way.

Easy yes for ORL, value wise, but certainly not a priority move...much rather discuss CJ/KCP basis.
ORL should have chased Olynyk last year, as a Moe Wagner fill-in...that role is still available as Moe will be out until December and perhaps will take time to ramp up.

Maybe im irrationally higher on Hawkins because he is from my hometown, but I think this is too good for Orl
