Philly out: PG13, McCain
Philly in: Grant, Naji Marshall, JV, 27 Spurs 1st, 2 Portland 2nds

Philly reportedly is zeroing in on Edgecombe next to Maxey. They want to win this year, here they use McCain to attach to PG13 and get back 3 better win now pieces along with a future 1st.
Maxey - Edgecombe - Naji Marshall - Grant - Embiid
Butler - Council - Grimes - Oubre - JV

Kings out: Demar, Monk, JV, Spurs 27 1st
Kings in: PG13, McCain, Caleb Martin

Sac is desperate for a long term PGOTF, they also refuse to tank. Take a gamble on PG13 rebounding his health, while getting a long term pg.
McCain - LaVine - PG13 - Murray - Sabonis
Carter - Keon - Martin - LaRavia* - Isaac Jones

Dallas out: Naji, Martin
Dallas in: Monk

Simple, been discussed a bunch. Dallas has tons of forwards, need a playmaker. Monk will feast with AD/Lively/Flagg.
(Kyrie) - Klay - Flagg - AD - Lively
Monk - Christie - Washington - Gafford

Portland out: Jerami Grant, 2 2nds
Portland in: Demar

Another simple deal. Strictly about saving money for Portland. 8 million savings this year + tons of long term savings. They could probably reflip him to somewhere like Miami for Rozier if they wanted to shave the partial 2nd year.

No thanks for Philly. McCain won’t be traded for mediocre pieces. We’re not diluting the return on him or the #3 pick to dump PG, nor are we selling out to “win now.”

way too good for portland and also too good for dallas. i dont think grant is a better win now piece than PG13, and they can acquire marshall for fillers and 2nds separately. dont see it for philly

The Sixers are still connected to just about every prospect under the sun. I wouldn’t assume it’s anyone at 3 yet. I’m guessing this theory is based on them working VJ out, but Ace is already scheduled and I’m sure Tre and others will be behind that. It may very well be VJ. We just don’t know that at all.

Less than zero interest in attaching McCain to PG. It never gets to the valuation stage. They’re better off letting the Guards sort themselves out.

A strong no from the 76ers side of things. They are not entertaining the idea of trading Jared McCain for spare parts and a 1st round that's very likely going to be in the 20s. Any trade that devalues the 3rd pick or Jared McCain just to get Paul George off of the roster simply will never work because the 76ers are in no rush to move PG and simply can't afford to dilute their key assets, not knowing if Emiid is ever going to be healthy again and also their pick is likely going to OKC next year, unless they luck out in the lottery again.

I don't think any team will trade for Paul George on retiring money without parting with the 3rd pick right now. This is not happening. Sactown takes back too much and even parting with a 1st just to get rid of DeRozan. That's impossible. Of course, I'm in for Naji and filler for Monk. I'd even do it for Christie instead of Martin.

Definitely too good for Dallas.

And I agree the value of Knife is multiple 2nds, but I wouldn't suggest Philly could just do that unless Dallas was doing something bigger. Right now he's maybe the best playmaker on the roster.

But mainly this is just really rough for Philly.

Sounds like a big miss from philly fans. Had another idea i'll see how that one lands.
