To Heat- Demar Derozan and Domantas Sabonis
The why for the Heat is obvious. They are at an impasse and need to either go big or blow this thing up. They are becoming relatively desperate for a big move. A lineup of Davion/Herro/DeMar/Bam/Sabonis is a good option for the Heat and will definitely put them in the conversation in a wide eastern conference, especially with a good bench.
To Kings - Andrew Wiggins, Terry Rozier, Kevin Love, Kel'El Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr, pick 20, 2029 protected 1st.
When they traded Fox, the Kings kinda said they were ready to start over. Here they turn Derozan and Sabonis into 53M of expring deals between the first 3 players, and 2 young prospects and 2 picks. I listed Ware/Jaquez, but could see it being any 2 of them or Jovic. The Kings really get to start over, with a mix of young talent and expirings that should put them in the running for a top pick in 2026.

Re: Heat - Kings
Not really close to the return I'd be interested in moving Domas for. If the rumors of Derozan for Rozier, Jaquez and 20 have any legs then this is essentially Wiggins, Ware, Love and a protected first for Domas which is just a complete non starter. I like Ware but if those are the players coming back it would need to be multiple first round picks, at least 2-3 unprotected. I'm also just generally not very high on Jaquez regardless.
Sabonis and Bam don't really seem like a great fit either, offensively they operate very similarly and neither are true floor spacers even if they are capable shooters.

Rozier + 20 for demar I like.
Ware + an unprotected 1st + jovic for sabonis is also good with me.
I would say its off a little, but im more happy to sell than other kings fans.

I don't like it. I didn't want DeRozan, and I don't like the fit between Sabonis and Bam. Great value, but not for this Heat fan.

I love Sabonis, but I don't think any team would give 2-3 unprotected 1sts for him. Then again, I would never have thought Desmond Bane would fetch what he did. But, yeah, I think the Bam/Sabonis fit would be a disaster.
I am a big fan of the idea of Miami acquiring DeRozan. Miami is in desperate need of another guy who can create his own offense, and DeRozan is about as good as they come. His deal is fantastic value ($25M this year, $23 next year) and Miami would basically be swapping 2 guys who are not in its rotation.
