I don't think Portland has a chance of making the playoffs by 2028 unless Scoot explodes or they get some draft luck. Maybe Brooklyn would do 27 for it.

MAYBE the #26, but the #22 sounds much better. I really think an All Star will be drafted 20-30 this year. No idea who, but there's talent there
