Chicago - Toronto - Sacramento (everyone wants to win)

This is a case where all 3 teams want to win, but they have flawed rosters.

Kings want a PF to support Murray, who thrived at SF earlier.
Raps want C & PG backups, while cashing out a wing.
Bulls want to cash out on Vucevic before his FA.

Sacramento in: Pat Williams, ‘26 1st (lower of CHI/POR, lotto prot.)
Sacramento out: Devin Carter, Jonas Valanciunas

Toronto in: Devin Carter, Jonas Valanciunas
Toronto out: RJ Barrett

Chicago in: RJ Barrett
Chicago out: Pat Williams, ‘26 1st (lower of CHI/POR, lotto prot.)

Sacramento gets a PF w/ Defense + an extra pick for another trade.
Toronto gets a familiar C and a young PG.
Chicago gets a young wing, and open up PT for Buzelis.

Didn’t you just get fired OP?

I think Raptors fans won’t like it.

The Messiahs lives on, in hearts and minds.

In this case, it comes down to whether Devin Carter can be developed. If he can’t, this is a bad trade. If he can develop, Raps get a good combo guard, a vet C, and they duck the tax.

CHI shouldn’t give up assets to dump a relatively modest sized salary off of an otherwise clean cap sheet. And if they do, it’d be for a much better fitting piece than like their 8th SG on the roster.

Bulls say no

2nd, don't want t give up a pick for Barrett, I do want him, he's the right age to join the Matas, Giddey, White group age wise.

1st Buzelis is going to start at the 4, it genuinely doesn't matter who the other 14 players on the roster are, he's going to get at least 34 minutes so long as they play on a wood floor. So that argument is uninformed and no basis for any trade

added note, The Kings have Lavine and DeRozan who spent 3 years dominating the ball so Williams had far fewer shot attempts than he should have, why would SAC bring back that failed era?
