What's the price for Carlisle?

Post#1 » by nykballa2k4 » Tue Jul 1, 2025 11:13 pm

Since Leon has been asking all the other coaches under contract and Pacers just traded away his favorite player...
I was wondering what the price would be to obtain his services.
The going rate has been 1 first (Riley, Doc) or 2 seconds(Kidd, Stan Van, Dunlevy). Would something like the WAS FRP and an additional SRP get it done plus cash? Would we need to add in a player?

IMO he is far better than any of the people we have been interviewing and obviously uses his depth.

Interview his assistants. I recommend Jenny Boucek.

Not sure if the league is there yet or not, but new York would be a tough place to start the movement unless you're whoopi Goldberg.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

They should interview Whoopi for sure.

Not seeing Indy packing it in. They will take a year and come back.

If you won't interview a woman, there's also Lloyd Price and OKC assistants.

Would have been happy with this, Hammond, or Dawn Staley.

But alas... Next town Mike Brown(taking that title from Larry) it is...
