very happy with this. Neither Mann and Sexton are true PGs but they'll make it work when Melo misses time. I'm very happy to have good depth at that position for a change. Mann was looking like he'd earn double this to start last season before his back injury.

Now can we pleeeeeeeeease address the starting center position

There's no way Josh Green starts. Realistically with this much guard/wing depth, he shouldn't play at all. in addition to these guys, Charlotte also has NSJ, Okogie, Jeffries rostered. So I imagine some kind of consolidation move should be coming. Would be a waste to waive players better than Josh Green on cheaper contracts.

I'd consider our depth chart atm to be:

Melo/Sexton/KJ Simpson (2W)/Baugh (2W)
Kon/Mann/Green/NSJ/Sion
Miller/Okogie/Jeffries/Connaughton/McNeeley
Bridges/Grant/Salaun
Moussa/Kalkbrenner/Plumlee

Yeah, I mean Dallas is 2nd round poor so you’d have to wait until 2030 or so for the first of two.. But that might be a good thing?

I really don’t know how diabate is valued but I think he’d fill the need Dallas would have in losing Gafford (good enough to play 25mpg 20-40 games a season, but cheap enough to play 10-15mpg most nights)

No idea if Naji adds anything or not but that’s what I’d be trying to build..

A semi motivated Ayton playing on a small prove it deal for his next contract would be our best center by a mile so like... fine?

Yeah fair. There is part of me that's curious if this is the moment where it finally "clicks" for him and if so, you could end up getting a pretty useful player at a bargain price.
