Don't love JJJ in Denver now. With Brown, THJ, Watson, Strawther, I think they have the bench wing spot covered.

I was also really high on Holmes coming out. Think Denver would rather see if he can do some of what Gordon can.

for some reason i thought he was a 5, not a 4, so i thought hes more expendable after acquiring JV.. I think JJJ is better than the current wings Denver have though

That's fair. I like Watson more than JJJ. Watson is better defensively, younger, longer, and shot the ball better last year.

Doesn't Miami have Wiggins and Highsmith as 3&D wings? What we need is a three level scorer.

Jacquez is probably a better player than Holmes, especially coming off the injury. But I like Holmes ability to play both the 4 and 5 offensively. He's got a nice down low offensive game, but can run the floor and, unlike JV, can play next to Jokic and won't have to be a strict backup. If the injury didn't take everything away from him, of course.

Right, so wouldn't we be smarter to save JJJ's value for that?

I feel like that should be a three level scorer. Highsmith is a perfectly fine 3&D player

How much value does JJJ have in a trade? Seemed like he lost Spoelstra's confidence from the deadline onwards and only played sparse minutes in the playoffs.

Right, so use him as sweetener. Worth a second or two.

I mean why not for Toronto, save a bit of cap space clear a guy who probably is going to cost more than they want to spend and get a 2nd or 3rd C who they can develop. I think Holmes could carve out a nice niche in like as a energy guy who might be able to hit a three. I don't know what they are going to do with Mamukelashvili/Castleton/Chomche/Holmes I think both Chomche and Holmes probably are going to the G-League and Castleton is gone

Goddady, you never cease to surprise as a raptors fan. No. Rather keep Agbaji. Walter isn't ready. Sad to say I think the raptors might shop RJ. They would get a better return on him
