I guess it makes sense moneywise,but as a prospect with his skills/age I thought more teams would take a bet on him.It's not like he is a bust or anything.Dude can play.

I think Mathurin, Whitmore and Kuminga should form a Big 3 team. The naming and endorsement possibilities are endless.

And if someone gets hurt, they can bring in Ace Bailey off the bench.

Love it as a Washington fan. We had 2nds to spare, and he’s the right type of guy to take a swing on.

It says Rockets worked with his people. There may have been plenty of teams who couldn’t give him the role he wanted.

Great deal for Whitmore going home. Supposedly rockets took less to send him to a good landing spot where he could prove himself.
