Lakers have depth at the 4, Suns have depth at the wing.

Idea 1: Rui, Kleber for Nick Richards, Brooks
Idea 2: Vando, Kleber for Richards, Allen
Idea 3: Reeves, Rui, FRP, Kleber, Knecht for Green, Richards, Martin

I think the first one works best because Rui is able to be viable on offense while being about average on defense whereas Vando is opportunistic on offense though strong on defense (when healthy).
Option 3 assumes CP3 is signing with the Suns
Lakers:
Ayton/Richards/Jaxson
LeBron/Vando
Martin/Aldama
Green/Milton
Doncic/Vincent

Suns:
Williams/Maluach
Rui/
Brooks/Allen
Booker/Reeves
CP3/

additional signings could be (just thinking Knicks) Cam Payne and Precious Achiuwa.

Reaves, Rui, Knecht, and a FRP for the privilege to pay Jalen Green 36 million per year?

I feel like him for Rui is pretty fair honestly, but Brooks fits the Suns

He is a starting 3, not a 2

If you trade for Allen, you can flip Rui for Wiggins.

Rui/Gabe/swap for Wiggins and hopefully sign Melton

Melton/Knecht/Allen/Laravia/Richards

Im not starting Reaves, with Doncic and Lebron on the lineup he becomes redundant, would rotate to always have 2 of them on the lineup. If trade 2:

I'd prefer Brooks over Allen, personally.

Think the potential trade for Richards was pretty much DOA when the Lakers re-signed Jaxson Hayes. Don't get me wrong, Hayes isn't good but there's no real motivation to pay any real value to get Richards. If the Suns wanted to do a Shake for Richards swap, the Lakers probably would be interested but value probably isn't coming from LA.
