Who owes who and how much?
Denver makes a move to be competitive and a last hoorah for Jokic.
Houston moves on and tries to stay relevant.
Denver sends Murray/Johnson
Houston send FVV/KD
Denver paid KD with Jokic as a strong 1-2 punch.
Houston shores up the age of its players by getting a younger star in Murray (vs losing KD for nothing as he ages).

Re: Denver/Houston
I guess if Denver wants to try to clear the books after next year. Durant declines his extension, they trade Gordon, and start over, why not? But I don't see Durant as a difference maker anymore. Just seems like Denver would be mostly the same as they are now.
