Hauser, Pritchard, Jordan Walsh + 2031 FRP --> Houston

Is this a fair trade?

That's an illegal trade, and KD trade should be with PG13 salary.

Pritchard probably not the best fit for HOU with Sheppard there but value wise him and a pick for KD seems fair at this stage. Not sure HOU would be motivated to switch directions like that though. Then of course there is the salary issue.

This deal adds $22.9M to BOS's salary. They only have $10.3M of room below they're first apron hard cap. Also creates two roster spots that need to be filled. It's also just not within salary matching rules.

If you wanted until the deadline, BOS could do this deal with Mitchell Robinson added and Ron Harper Jr. in place of Walsh. That would leave BOS $3.2M below the 1st apron hard cap after the deal. That's enough money to sign 3 pro rated minimum deals at the deadline. But of course it leaves them with a pretty bare bones rotation:

White / Conley
PG / Hugo
Tatum / Scheierman
KD / Walsh
Queta / Garza

Pretty good wing play and the depth these is solid but Conley is not good enough at backup PG anymore, Queta a ways to go before a good starter level and there is no backup. Does not feel like a good enough ensuing roster to be so invested on a PG/KD supporting cast.

Not CBA legal and no reasons given why the deal should be made. If you want to just copy a bad internet idea without making sure its legal, then use the Catch All thread. If you think this is a really good idea, flesh it out making it CBA legal and provide reasons why each team do it.
