Why for Orlando
They give up spare parts for a monster rebounder to ake them the best rebounding frontcourt in the league, and they get a good pointguard. They also resign a couple of the players they give up, and only have to throw in expirers. They give up their pick this year but that's not to worry because it will be a late first.
Why For Philadelphia
They get a good prospect In baragani, and expirers. Rasho holds down the center spot and low willl and smith step up to get more time. The cap they save for this offseason will be somewhere in the range of a additional 23 million.

Why for Toronto
They get a good center to stick next to Bosh to help fight Boston. They get a sniper in Reddick to hit the three when it gets kicked out to him. and they get the pick

actually, Dalembert is a good defender who can offer support, and isn't a bad offensive player. He's athletic and is blossoming into a very nice defender. You should have seen the block he had last night. He had perfect timing, waiting for west to go up, and smack it away.

Because the salaries have to match.

This is a good trade for you, you get a real center in Dalembert, and also you recieve a prospect in Reddick who can hit a few threes, and plays well.

Actually, considering they recieve Philadelphias 2009 first via utah, it's really not that bad of a trade.

They get Dalembert, who is miles ahead of Nestorivic and is a much better player. They get Reddick, who isn't that bad of a prospect. And they get a pick. This is good value for Baragini who is creeping towards being a bust.

For a guy who's close to being a bust, that's pretty nice? I mean a Starting center a good role player, and a pick is really a good package for a guy who is just hyped up a lot.

That's a rather poor assessment, IMO. He's a big and they take time to develop. He's also a big shooting 39.5% from downtown. The only way they should deal him now is if it's in a bigger deal for a star player.

But if you're so down on the near bust, I'm sure you wouldn't mind them subbing him out for some other spare parts...

This ruins Philly completely. Dalembert is a core player for any team. Nestrovic is a Bust with multiple years left on his deal. Bargani has gone backwards, and he doesn't have a spot in Philly cause Jason Smith is flat out a better player, and three times the athlete, and Young is better as a SF. Philly would laugh this idea right out of town.

The logical deal for Philly and Orlando would be to send Reggie Evans and/or Miller there for Expirings and possibly a late pick.

Nelson obviously isnt ready to lead the Magic to a chip but Miller could do somethings with Shard and Dwight.
