Nets to salvage their season with 3-way deal (NJN/MEM/MIL)

New Jersey
out: Richard Jefferson, Bostjan Nachbar, Jamaal Magloire, Josh Boone, Jason Collins, top-10 protected 1st
in: Pau Gasol, Juan Carlos Navarro, Brian Cardinal, Dan Gadzuric
They get a legit low-post offensive threat in Gasol, and a perimeter threat to replace Jefferson in JCN. They take on two bad contracts (Cardinal's and Gadzuric's), but it might be worth it as this should push them back into contention in the East. Cardinal's shooting can help (a la Nachbar), while Gadzuric can give them 10-15 mins at C providing decent defense.
Rotation:
Sean Williams/Krstic/Gadzuric
Gasol/Allen
Carter/Cardinal
Navarro/Wright
Kidd/Marcus Williams
Memphis
out: Pau Gasol, Brian Cardinal, Juan Carlos Navarro
in: Andrew Bogut, Desmond Mason, Jamaal Magloire, Bostjan Nachbar, NJN 2008 top-10 protected 1st
They save a lot of money by removing Gasol's and Cardinal's long deals and getting short/expiring contracts of Mason's, Magloire's and Nachbar's. Bogut is a good center and is young enough for them to rebuild with.
Rotation:
Bogut/Swift/Magloire
Milicic/Warrick
Gay/Nachbar
Miller/Mason
Conley/Lowry/Stoudamire
Milwaukee
out: Andrew Bogut, Dan Gadzuric, Desmond Mason
in: Richard Jefferson, Jason Collins, Josh Boone
They need a SF badly, and Jefferson is one who complements Redd's game really well, with his slashing and defensive abilities. Boone comes in to offset the loss of Bogut. The swap of Gadzuric for Collins is a wash in terms of talent, but Collins' contract is two years shorter.
Rotation:
Boone/Voskhul/Collins
Yi/Charlie V
Jefferson/Simmons
Redd/Bell
MoWilliams/Ivey
