With the way Kaman and Okur have played this season, I doubt the Clippers are particularly interested in this right now.

Awful trade for clips. The only way to get Kaman is to trade Williams or Boozer and that's not happening.

Nah, it would take more than Utah is willing to give (Brewer instead of Almond), but Deron or Carlos?! That's outrageous.

lotto protected nothing, trade that damn knicks pick and the clipps can do what they want with a top 5 pick. Or keep okur, really theres only 2 spots im not liking on this team backup Point and Center.

You've got to be kidding me. Kaman is one of the best young centers in the league and you think you can get him for an overpaid Okur and a lotto protected 1st. Throwing scrubs like Price or Hart into the deal do nothing for the clips. Boozer and Williams are the only players on the jazz that could entice the clips into moving Kaman.

I agree with this man.

Kaman is averaging 18 points, 14 rebounds, and nearly 3 blocks a game. Aside from Dwight Howard, who's putting up that combination of points, rebounds, and blocks?

I'm not saying Kaman is a superstar calibre player, but he's certainly worth more than Okur and a crappy pick.

Any Kaman for Okur swap right now is a great move for Utah and a poor one for the LA Clippers, although it would be interesting to see the Brand-Okur combination.

That is WORSE then the original proposed deal.

How about

Kaman, Mobley, Thomas, A. Williams

for

Okur, Miles, Almond, Kirilenko, Knicks Pick

Even then, I would be hesitant due to how well Zane is playing this season

Hahahaha, no.

There really isn't a way for Utah, or most teams, to get Kaman.

honestly, aside from the fact he is white, Kaman isnt really a good fit in Utah. He cant shoot worth a shiot, and despite his out of this world block stats from this year, has never really been a good shotblocker that Utah needs.

With Brand a free agent, why would the Clips trade their only other post presence for a perimeter big, a career backup and a D-League shooter?
