For
Foyle

The Sixers wouldn't want Foyle, or his last year. Plus, his contract is not needed to make the deal work anyways, so why add him ? The problem is, whether the naysayers here want to admit it or not. Andre Miller, let alone adding Evans is way too valuable for just ending contracts, and another 2009, not even this draft, but a 2009 1st.
Hell they got that for Korver. And Miller WILL be an All Star this season. I don't care how much the sixers, or their new GM want to be a player in free agency. You DON'T exit a superior High Quality player like Miller, who plays the biggest need position in the league for just that. Not likely to happen.

I think Evans has negative value.

If he has value, they should get it as soon as possible bofore teams realize he stinks.

He's got like a 2% chance of making the ASG.

Not over Chauncey, Kidd, Allen, Carter, Redd etc.

Miller is playing well, but an all star appearance is a long shot.

hahaha you should know as a Sixer fan how valuable Evans' rebounding abilities are. he might be a liability on offense and maybe on defense but his is one of the more efficient rebounders in the game and rebounding is becoming a lost art.

Maybe if they have a all-star game for all UofU alums.

any deal with miller i would think needs to include Jameer Nelson. Not sure the sixers would want his contract, but I hink he would be necessary. Perhaps Nelson, a 1st, and cap filler?

Yeah I don't know if the Sixers would be willing to take the 5 years and $33 million left (after this season) that remains on Nelson's contract, but if they do this seems like a good start for both teams. Miller obviously upgrades the point for Orlando and could give that much needed push to join the elite Eastern Conference duo. For the Sixers they get a young PG, a 1st round pick and some expiring contracts.

It's Andre Miller, from the 76s.Not Mike Miller, from the Grizzlies.

Nelson is too short, too defensively challenged, lacking in point guard skills & he makes too much money. Philly can't fix Orlando's mistake.

The 76ers would be crazy to take Nelson, who'll warm the bench for Williams anyway. Miller and Williams backcourt actually works for decent stretches, but I can't see Williams and Nelson coexisting.

How about just Evans for Pat Garrity straight up?

rather keep evans rebounding

Here's the deal I like....Garrity, Dooling and Reddick for Evas, Green and Carney...Cap Space and Shooting for Sixers...Rebounding(Evans), bench scoring(Green), fresh start ( Carney)...This is what I would like to see
