Successful Trade Scenario
Congratulations on a successful trade.
Due to Washington and Chicago being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Washington and Chicago had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Wizards:
C: Wallace/Haywood
PF: J. Smith/T.Thomas/Songalia
SF: Butler/Blatche/DMac
SG: Stevenson/Young
PG: Arenas/Daniels
*** This deal we get more depth and a lot tougher downlow. We also dont have to worry about losing Jamison in free agency.
Bulls:
C: Noah/Thomas
PF: Jamison/OPec
SF: Deng/Nocioni
SG: Gordon/Thabo
PG: Hinrich/Duhon
*** Bulls are looking to get out of Big Ben's contract and heres the solution... they get the biggest expiring contract in the league and will probably be able to re-up Jamison in the offseason for somewhere like 4yr/30mil which isnt bad for his near all star production. Ty Thomas doesnt play much in Chi-town anymore and might need a change of scenery.
