MEM does neither.

MEM eats up the PHO deal.

Chicago is not paying nearly enough to get Pau even if they are taking on Cardinal. Take out Gordon and Kwame Brown, add Thabo and something from a third team.

Memphis does not do any of the deals mentioned in #2.

The Phoenix deal is most appealling in #3.
