Why for Milwaukee? This deal helps them rebuild big time. Jose Calderon is a fit for Milwaukee, he is also fairly young allowing him to grow with Bogut, Charlie V and Yi. Cook and Delfino give Milwaukee two more young prospects. Delfino has really come around this year and looks like he is ready to take on a starting role. Dixon, Davis and Williams, give Milwaukee a combined 19 million in expiring contracts, while Jorge's contract could potentially be covered by insurance. If Jorge returns he is an excellent glue guy to have on the team, and his deal expires next season. The first round pick will be in the late teens to early 20's. This deal allows Milwaukee to pursue a younger guard in the offseason with guys like Ben Gordon, Andre Iguodala, Loul Deng, Gilbert Arenas available.

Why for Miami? They address all three needs, and at the cost of two expiring contracts and a young prospect. Parker gives Miami a solid 3pt shooter, something they lack since Kapono left. Parker is also an excellent defender and would fit nicely next to Wade at the 3. Mo Williams gives Miami the third scoring option they are looking for to complement Wade and Shaq. Gadz has a big contract, but is young and extremely athletic. He would be a solid backup to Shaq and give the Heat a shot-blocking and rebounding presence off the bench.

Why for Toronto? They clearly get the best player in the deal, but give up a lot of depth. Redd is a missing piece that could make Toronto a legit contender. Toronto moves several young players in the deal. Calderon is a very underrated PG, but Toronto is better off moving him, than TJ Ford who is probably now wort 50 cent to the dollar.

It would basically be Cook, Delfino, a pick and expiring contracts for Redd. Somehow I don't think the Bucks would be interested.

Well its not like Cook, Delfino and a pick along with 19 million in expiring contracts and also dumping Gadz 6 million is chump change. Milwaukee would be one of the few teams being significantly under the cap. They could have a very good chance of prying off one of the young swingmen that will be available in the offseaon. Who knows they could go and sign Gilbert Arenas.

Not sure, how much more Milwaukee can expect. Miami I guess could switch Cook with Dorrell Wright.
