Houston and Philly

Post#1 » by Baller 24 » Sun Jan 6, 2008 5:17 pm

This is just a small trade I thought of. It seems that the Sixers are looking toget cap space, and find expiring contracts.

Well how about this:

Philly trade:
Willie Green

for

Houston trade:
Kirk Snyder

Philly gets more money for the offseason, unload another small Kyle Krover type contract.

Houston gets an average SG in return, that can attack and slash to the hole.

Francis has another guaranteed year on his deal, so it doesn't save Philly any money for next year. And the second thing, Green has way, way more value and game than Stevie does. So Philly says no.

Ah, NO, actually YOU are wrong. And that site may be the worst player contract site around. Francis signed a two year guaranteed deal. Next years deal is a player option. But Francis won't opt-out, cause at this point, he won't get more in the open market. So, try doing better research next time :-)

Bonzi for Green doesn't work on the trade checker. The deal would need to be expanded I guess.

If Francis expires this year I do it (and cut him immediately).

Otherwise, I don't.
