The term "deal-breaker" depends on the deal.
This one does very little for the Clippers. I'm trying to figure out why LAC would give anything for those particular players, let alone a pair of very cheap, reliable PGs and an expiring bigman for a more expensive, less effective PG and two SFs that would be behind Maggette and their recent draftee Thornton in the rotation. I suppose that's why you didn't write anything about reasons to do the trade; one of the teams involved doesn't have any...
