not for brevin knight. clippers have plans for him next season. you've got a better shot at cassell.

Brevin Knight ... "deal-breaker?"

Way to reach for the stars there.

the crappy players we get in return is the deal breaker. knight has another year after this, i'd rather keep him around than help the hornets out for no reason.

The term "deal-breaker" depends on the deal.

This one does very little for the Clippers. I'm trying to figure out why LAC would give anything for those particular players, let alone a pair of very cheap, reliable PGs and an expiring bigman for a more expensive, less effective PG and two SFs that would be behind Maggette and their recent draftee Thornton in the rotation. I suppose that's why you didn't write anything about reasons to do the trade; one of the teams involved doesn't have any...
