They get Bosh to team up with Kobe, to form a good 1-2 punch. They also get their new starting PG in Calderon as well as Diaw who reduces the impact of losing Odom. Then there's Nesterovic, who's an experienced C, and complements Bosh nicely.
Phoenix Suns
Incoming Players
Lamar Odom
Salary: $13,248,596 Years Remaining: 2
PTS: 14.1 REB: 8.9 AST: 2.3 PER: 13.77
Joey Graham
Salary: $1,596,600 Years Remaining: 2
PTS: 4.6 REB: 2.6 AST: 0.4 PER: 7.98
Jordan Farmar

PTS: 9.3 REB: 2.5 AST: 2.7 PER: 16.32
(They give: Banks, Barbosa, Diaw, Marks, Piatkowski)
They add Odom to their lineup, and shed Diaw and Banks' contracts. They do lose Barbosa, but get Farmar to backup Nash instead. Graham is just a filler but could flourish playing PF in PHX's system.
Toronto Raptors
Incoming Players
Marcus Banks
Salary: $3,966,207 Years Remaining: 4
PTS: 4.9 REB: 0.6 AST: 1.1 PER: 11.17

Kwame Brown

PTS: 4.4 REB: 5.3 AST: 1.4 PER: 11.28
Sean Marks
Salary: $770,610 Years Remaining: 1
PTS: 3.2 REB: 1.0 AST: 0.2 PER: 13.00
(They give: Bosh, Calderon, Graham, Nesterovic)
They lose the best player in the deal, but get some nice pieces in return. A Bynum-Bargs frontcourt gives them a more traditional frontcourt with tons of potential. They also get Barbosa, who is the playmaker/scorer they are lacking right now. As well, Brown is a $9 expiring. They have to eat Banks' contract to make the deal work but also get Critt who would make a nice backup for Ford.
