Don't like it from Memphis' point of view. If Memphis moves Gasol and Miller, it won't be to take on a contract like Wallace who is getting older. I can see these three temas working something out though.

Well, I certainly understand your POV. Maybe unloading Cardinal onto Milwaulkee (who wins in this trade, IMO) for one of the minimum contracts would help enough? In any case, the reason I had Wallace going to MEM was that I thought you guys were looking for a cleanup guy. Big Ben is a CG Extrordinaire!

Cliff Levingston likes it for the Bulls, though there's no chance Gadzuric starts over Noah at center (with a competent coach at least). He'd be 3rd on the center depth chart behind Noah and Gray.

Big pass for the Bulls. If we are going to sacrifice youth for winning now it's going to be Tyrus and Noah that go.

Unfortunately I don't see either of those guys bringing in a lot of help for you in terms of winning now.

C'mon. We basically upgrade Gordon to Redd and Deng to Gasol for the price of Ben Wallace (who we want to get rid of anyway) and Joe Smith (not a big loss when Gasol will be taking over his position). Not only that, but add in a nice bench player in Navarro. That's a no brainer treis. Having Gasol and Redd to play off off will only help the young guys succeed.

The rotation would be something like this:

1. Hinrich, Navarro, Duhon
2. Redd, Navarro, Sefolosha
3. Deng, Sefolosha, Thomas
4. Gasol, Thomas
5. Noah, Gasol, Gray, Gadzuric

I see a rotation that is older, more expensive, and not that much better.

Sorry Cliff but Deng is gone in this scenario for the Bulls...You can't trade Deng and keep him in the rotation.

From a Bucks POV I'm all over this one.

Well, it seems we have two fairly willing parties. How about it, Grizzlies fans?

This trade helps the Bucks even more than a lot of the homer trades on our own board. :P

Grizzlies get totally **** IMO. Miller=Gordon. If anything, Miller is a better all-around player and signed to a reasonable contract. He's also got legit SG size and can even play SF. Why trade him for an undersized whose contract status in the air and isn't noticeably better as a player?

That leaves Gasol for Wallace, CV and Ruffin. I'd vomit if I were a Grizzlies fan.
