Cleveland gets the tlent upgrade and New York the contract upgrades....this fits each best as teh Cavs are trying to contend and the Knicks are trying to rebuild.

Maybe but the problem is neither the Knicks nor the Cavs would be one of those teams.

you're right.....Gibson and Brown are much better than Mabury and Richardson.

And for a team llooking to rebuild, getting shorter contracts (and and a few expirings) for your longer ones is much better......

This absolutely destroys Cleavland. The only worthwhile player for them in the this whole trade is Marbury, but with the terrible front court they have, Lebron would have to average like 12 rebounds a game just for them to stand a chance against Detroit and Boston.

ok, i took out gooden and robinson, Cle get some frontline help
