Atlanta || Detroit || 3 for 3

Marvin/Chill/Speedy for Prince/Hayes/Murray

ATL gets a good vet SF with a ton of playoff experience, a good backup SF(expiring), and a combo G(expiring).

They take a small talent hit but dump Speedy, have Prince already signed to a reasonable deal, and have a lot more loot to sign Smith, and down the road Horford, Law.

Detroit gets a good young SF tandem but takes on Speedy's crap contract as compensation. They also have to deal with 2 more contract negotiations in the offseason.

Are picks needed for balancing or is it not even close?

Looks ok, but from a Piston perspective, I'm still pretty happy with Prince.

I love Sheed but would still trade him if the price is right, well, on this forum anyway. :wink: :D

It's not really bad for either side.... but fans from both sides would protest trading away their favorite player. Overall, if this trade went down, neither team would really be upset over what they were receiving.
