Hey All! First time poster but long time reader. I was fooling around with some trades and I thought this one might work for all teams. I am not too familiar with these three teams needs/wants but i think it looks good

DEN - Get outside shooter in Miller and vet PG in Stoudamire, but take on Cardinal's contract.
LAL - Loose Kwame's expiring and Jarvis but gain Nene (maybe they get a pick or some other young player??)
MEM - Loose Miller but also get rid of bad contracts and gain cap relief and youth in Crittenton.

Should picks go to certain teams or is this whole trade a wash?

Denver likes Nene. And where would they play Mike Miller with Iverson and Anthony taking all of those minutes?

Also, the Lakers get Nene a bit too easily. Both of them should probably be taken out this trade and make it more of a Denver-Memphis trade-for-a-PG.

Hey DBurks. Thanks for the advice. Good point with Miller trying to share minutes with Iverson and Anthony and Lakers getting Nene too easily. I'll see if I can switch this around some how. Thanks!

They could always just play together... wouldn't exactly be pretty defensively, but Miller's shooting would be a pretty nice fit next to those 2.

1) Lakers are unwilling to trade Kwame for a non-expiring deal since they need to resign Turiaf, Farmar, Bynum, Ariza and Odom in the next two years.
2) Miller would not fit with what Denver does and Denver could not afford the Cardinal deal
3) I will say this, its a lot easier to see why someone else's trade was bad than it is your own
4) Welcome and good luck with your trades (someone almost always hates what you are doing)

Yeah, but with Karl wanting to have a pass-first guy in there for most of the game (for obvious reasons of course), I just don't know if that'll happen. Although Miller's a pretty unselfish guy, and his shooting would be great for the Nuggets... I think it would be pretty tricky.

I think Miller would be good on the Nuggets. Brings the outside shooting they need. AI could go back to PG, which would work if Karl would stress that AI should look to set up others. Nuggets could also play small, moving Melo to PF, Miller at SF, then AI at SG with AC at point.

Although Nuggets won't do this deal because of the money owned to Cardinal and I doubt they'd be interested in Stoudamire. Furthermore, they won't be trading Eddie unless they receive a good big in return who can play a lot of minute. With Nene out indefinitely, they need to keep front court depth, which is also why LA doesn't do this deal. Can't trade for someone when you don't know what is wrong with his health.
