I think that the raptors should try to get gasol here with a front court of him and bosh we would be very strong..with tj and jose we are set....i like the way calderon has played the point does anyone think that tj can play the 2....anyways raptors would also have to give up a first round pick unprotected but i think this deal is worth the risk of giving up bargs

This deal has been proposed abotu a MILLION times on here. Essentially it's Gasol for Rasho+Bargs+Graham +1st with Memphis tossing in JCN for free.

Not gonna happen. The Raps aren't going to be able to swing Bargs for an All-Star C. He doesn't have that much value...

Why would Memphis do this? Navarro has the same stats as the best player Toronto gives up in Bargnani. So Navarro=Bargnani and then Rasho and Graham for Pau? One of the worst trades (much less Pau trades) that I have seen.

lol this guy views the trades based on stats

toronto will say yes, although gasol doesnt rebound as tough as a C should be, we'll take it, but how he'll fit in with bosh on the court is another problem

I bet Toronto would say yes.

I wouldn't trade Pau by himself for that package, much less "throw in" Navarro.

Rasho is an even worse fit in Ivaroni system than Pau is, not to mention he isn't even that good. He is a 15 minute a game backup as is Joey Graham. But we trade in essence 2 starters for 1? And the starters we trade are better!

Why wouldn't I view this trade based on stats? What does Bargnani do that Navarro doesn't?

And lol in you saying that Gasol doesn't rebound that well, but you would take it?!?! He rebounds better than Rasho.
