Chicago
out: Andres Nocioni, Joe Smith, Chris Duhon, Joakim Noah, Viktor Khryapa, Adrian Griffin, JamesOn Curry, 2008 1st, 2010 1st
in: Pau Gasol, Juan Carlos Navarro, James Augustine, Earl Watson, Brian Cook

They get Gasol without breaking their core. They will have a 10-deep team that can go deep into the playoffs in the weak East. Cook and Augustine also come back home to Illinois.

Wallace/Gray/Augustine
Gasol/Thomas/Cook
Deng/Thabo
Gordon/JCN
Hinrich/Watson

Memphis (cut Jacobsen, Brown and Bobby Jones)
out: Pau Gasol, Juan Carlos Navarro, Brian Cardinal, Damon Stoudamire, Stromile Swift
in: Charlie Villanueva, Chris Wilcox, Chris Duhon, 2 1sts from CHI, Pat Garrity, Keyon Dooling, Mickael Gelabale, Viktor Khryapa, JamesOn Curry

They get 2 young bigs who are good fits with their run-and-gun system in Wilcox and Charlie V, and 2 1st round picks. They also get some money savings as all the fillers are expiring.

Wilcox/Darko
CV/Warrick
Gay/Gelabale
Miller/Dooling
Conley/Lowry/Duhon

Seattle
out: Chris Wilcox, Earl Watson, Mickael Gelabale
in: Joakim Noah, Desmond Mason, JJ Redick, Carlos Arroyo, 2008 ORL 1st

They get rid of Watson's contract and get a prospect young big in Noah who can grow with the young core. Noah's defensive abilities and intensity make him a great fit with Carlesimo's system. They also get a 1st from Orlando.

Thomas/Swift
Collison/Noah
Green/Wally/Mason
Durant/Wilkins/Redick
Ridnour/West/Arroyo

Orlando
out: Pat Garrity, Keyon Dooling, Carlo Arroyo, Brian Cook, James Augustine, JJ Redick, 2008 1st
in: Joe Smith, Stromile Swift, Brian Cardinal, Damon Stoudamire, David Noel

Smith's ability to hit mid-range jumpers makes him a great fit with Howard, while Swift's versatility and defense make him a valuable PF/C off the bench.

D12/Swift/Foyle
Smith/Swift/Cardinal
Shard/Evans
Turkoglu/Bogans
Nelson/Stoudamire

Milwaukee
out: Charlie Villanueva, David Noel, Desmond Mason
in: Andres Nocioni, Adrian Griffin

They desperately need a SF who can defend, and Nocioni fits the bill. His ability to shoot 3's makes him a good fit there too.

Bogut/Voskuhl/Gadz
Yi/Ruffin
Nocioni/Simmons
Redd/Bell/Griffin
MoWilliams/Bell/Ivey

Could Simmons or Gadz be in place of Mason? Not horrible, just I personally really dont think Noc is all that great.

Wow... exec of the year if our GM managed to pull that off.

Memphis would probably ask for more anyway.

The Sonics certainly consider this proposal. C Wilcox is a young, talented & athletic PF. But J Noah & a mid/late 1st is tempting.
