Sac / Cle / LAL

Sac trades:
Mike Bibby
Kenny Thomas
Mikki Moore
2nd rd pick 08 & 09

Sac receives:
Ira Newble
Eric Snow
Cedric Simmons
Kwame Brown
Javaris Crittenton
rights to Marc Gasol
1st rd pick 08 from LAL
1st rd pick from Cle

Sac sheds KT's contract while picking up two late 1sts as well as PG of future in Critt. Eric Snow can mentor Critt and Udrih while Simmons will receive time to see if he is a player. Brown and Newble will most likely be cut.

Cle sends:
Ira Newble
Cedric Simmons
Eric Snow
Drew Gooden
1st rd pick 08

Cle receives:
Kenny Thomas
Mike Bibby
2nd rd pick 08 from Sac

Cle gets KT's crappy contract but sheds Snow's. KT can help deflect some of the loss of Gooden. Picks up Bibby to run point. Could always resign Newble if cut which could be part of the deal.

LAL send:
Javaris Crittenton
Kwame Brown
rights to Marc Gasol
1st rd pick 08

LAL receive:
Drew Gooden
Mikki Moore
2nd rd pick 09 from SAC

LAL lose their backup pg but get two big men to help deflect the loss of Bynum. Moore is a great energy guy while Gooden is a solid PF with a reasonable contract. Can always resign Brown if cut by Sac which could be part of the deal.

Flame away!

Give us Moore, what do the Lakers need him for with Gooden anyway.

Too big/complicated to be realistic

Kings trade three guys. Bibby who every Kings fan is moving and KT who every Kings fan is trying to move. Moore is a new name in the mix.

Cle trades four guys. Variation of the countless Bibby for Gooden and a pick threads where everyone says there needs to be a third team.

LA trades three guys. Brown who has been on the block and has been proposed in numerous deals and Crittenton to get size which they need with the loss of Bynum.

Picks are thrown in to even things out.

Doesn't seem that complicated.

SAC gets too much
CLE does NOT take on KT's contract AND give up a 1st
Like B2B said, too big and complicated...

No way is Cleveland giving up a first in this deal.

Not a problem because, Bibby isn't going to Cleveland

Eh, that pick is going to be a late first anyways... That pick shouldnt be the deal breaker considering the status of that pick IMO...

As B2B said. It really doesn't matter since Bibby is no headed to Cleveland.

Not sure why the Lakers do this. Gooden may be slightly better than Brown, but Brown has a 9.1mil expiring contract that should bring back something a bit more lucrative than Gooden.
